Triad Group is a specialized workers’ compensation risk management company offering full service claims management, cost containment and brokerage services.

Triad Group was founded in 1984 and has been serving clients for over thirty years. We are a certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and are specialized in providing workers’ compensation risk management in New York state.

Headquartered in Troy, New York, Triad has additional offices in New York state located in Syracuse, Armonk and Uniondale.

Our Management Team

Victoria Manes, President

Ms. Manes is the Owner and President of Triad Group. She has led Triad through significant growth over the past 20 years and has managed the development of new client relationships, vendor partnerships and adjacent business lines. Ms. Manes is also an attorney with over 30 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation Law. She is a frequent Continuing Education speaker, presenting seminars on Workers’ Compensation, Volunteer Firefighter Benefit Law and General Municipal Law 207C and 207A. Ms. Manes has represented employers and insurance carriers and has established legal precedents regarding the limits of coverage and jurisdiction under the New York Workers’ Compensation Law, as well as the Longshoremen and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. She has also served as Village Prosecutor and Village Justice in Westchester County, New York. Ms. Manes graduated from St. John’s School of Law with a Juris Doctor and is admitted to practice in all New York Courts as well as the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts and the Second and Third Circuit Courts of Appeal.

Marie Cuomo, Chief Executive Officer

Marie Cuomo Chief Executive Officer for the Triad Group an industry leader with over 30 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation. In concert with senior management Marie maintains the highest standards in providing stellar client services while achieving the best outcomes. Marie oversees daily operations, business development, vendor compliance and internal controls. Certified Nurse Case Manager with experience ranging from Collective Bargaining, Negotiating, Disability Retirement, Emergency Room, Intensive Care, Telemetry, Orthopedic Surgery and Rehabilitation Medicine. Marie has served as a leader in the GML 207 A-C and Workers Compensation arena for over 20 years.

Marie provides daily assessment and advice to our broad range of clients and actively oversees the processes of multiple Collective Bargaining Agreements. Marie earned her Bachelor of Science from the College of New Rochelle and is certified through the National Commission for Case Management.
