Our Management Team
Victoria Manes, President
Ms. Manes is the Owner and President of Triad Group. She has led Triad through significant growth over the past 20 years and has managed the development of new client relationships, vendor partnerships and adjacent business lines. Ms. Manes is also an attorney with over 30 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation Law. She is a frequent Continuing Education speaker, presenting seminars on Workers’ Compensation, Volunteer Firefighter Benefit Law and General Municipal Law 207C and 207A. Ms. Manes has represented employers and insurance carriers and has established legal precedents regarding the limits of coverage and jurisdiction under the New York Workers’ Compensation Law, as well as the Longshoremen and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. She has also served as Village Prosecutor and Village Justice in Westchester County, New York. Ms. Manes graduated from St. John’s School of Law with a Juris Doctor and is admitted to practice in all New York Courts as well as the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts and the Second and Third Circuit Courts of Appeal.
Marie Cuomo, Case Management President
Ms. Cuomo is the President and Director of Triad Group’s Case Management division. She has developed and grown the Case Management practice to be an industry leader in general municipal law (GML) and workers’ compensation by implementing aggressive return to work programs and 207 A-C contract administration. Ms. Cuomo is responsible for executive oversight of all aspects of Case Management services, including Medical Treatment Guideline application, return to work programs, 207 A-C Collective Bargaining Agreements, involuntary disability application processes, medical review and cost saving programs. Ms. Cuomo routinely participates in client procedural, strategic and goal planning initiatives. Prior to joining Triad, Ms. Cuomo held positions with Kaiser Permanente and the Crawford Company. Ms. Cuomo is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of medical experience as a Certified Case Manager and Geriatric Case Manager ranging from Emergency and Intensive care to Orthopedic Rehabilitation. Ms. Cuomo is a graduate of the College of New Rochelle with a B.S. in Nursing.
Brad Tangorra, Director of Sales
Mr. Tangorra serves as the Director of Sales of Triad Group. He is primarily responsible for all new business initiatives, including developing new client relationships, soliciting and responding to request for proposals, negotiating contracts and pricing, and expanding into new markets and regions. Mr. Tangorra is also responsible for implementing the marketing strategy across the organization. Prior to joining Triad, Mr. Tangorra held multiple positions in sales, marketing and client service at EBS-RMSCO, York Risk Services Group and Wright Risk Management, where he was responsible for new business development and client retention. Mr. Tangorra received a dual B.A. in Business Management and Health Services Management from SUNY Polytechnic, and holds a New York State Property & Casualty license and a Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA) designation.
Michelle Namisniak, Client Service Manager
Ms. Namisniak serves as the Client Service Manager of Triad Group. She is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and brokers. Ms. Namisniak also conducts annual stewardship reviews, ensures execution of claim service agreements, monitors our client-program results and provides recommendations to improve our claims management program. Prior to joining Triad, Ms. Namisniak held a variety of positions over a 23 year tenure at CNA Insurance, including Workers’ Compensation Claim Manager, Cost Management Consultant, Client Service Director and Workers’ Compensation Claim Specialist, and was recognized for exceeding client service expectations with many high profile and national accounts. Ms. Namisniak received a B.A. in Public Justice from State University of New York College at Oswego. She also holds a New York State Auto and Casualty Insurance Department Adjuster License and is licensed in CT, LA and TX.
